i was thinking it would be a neat idea if to have a custom deathwatch marine army made up of the members of Bartertown. And i need your help if anyone has an extra custom chapter/ special paint of a normal chapter shoulder pad from their army i would like to add them to my deathwatch army. But i would like for you to name the person you are sending to army and maybe a little fluff behind your chapter.

Re: People of Bartertown I need your help
Hi
This is a cool idea. I'm down for this. I'm building a marines army for the first time in decades and decided to go with my own chapter.
The Void Phantoms chapter. They're a successor of the Raven Guard.
They're a fleet-based chapter; their role is to move in & support Raven Guard planetary infiltrations. Their fleet is relatively large in terms of the number of ships, but all the ships are small in size. This fleet organization is meant to support a stealthy approach; smaller ships can hide in asteroid belts more easily, they can disguise their true numbers by mixing in with civilian fleets, and so on.
They Void Phantoms don't display the raven heraldry of their parent chapter. Instead, they wear a particolored green and alabaster color scheme, to represent the green jungles and the grey overcast skies of their homeworld, Orisha. They went on crusade in support of the Raven Guard and, while they were away, Orisha was attacked and consumed by a Tyranid hive fleet. After losing roughly 30% of their numbers in defense of Orisha, the remaining Void Phantoms abandoned their dark grey & navy blue colors, and chose instead to honor their destroyed home.
Void Phantom marines fight from ambush whenever possible. They favor specialist infantry units and walkers, rather than tanks and flyers. The introduction of Phobos armor and the Vanguard approach to warfare breathed new life into the chapter. Where they had been using Terminators for teleportarium attacks, they now favor Infiltrators, Reivers, Invictor suits and other small specialized infantry such as Suppressors and Inceptors. Small ships will land, rapidly disembark squads of specialist infantry, and then return to space to continue their supporting role.

I think the half-and-half makes the most sense. Alabaster on the left, and green on the right.
And why don't we go with Lataeus for the name. I like the idea of this chapter sending regular tithes to the Deathwatch, because of what happened to their homeworld. Helping support the xenos-hunters makes total sense, and fits in with what I had in mind for the chapter's history.
