Finally got this to post. I had to dig out an old digital camera. 4.0 megapixel. lol

anyway, here are 3 stands for a game called Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings. v 2.0
These are called Hunting Packs. Yups, 6 little dinosaurs and around base, which is used for the skirmish version of the game, and then attached to a square stand for the larger forces' rules.
Not sure of the points. Fyreslayer for scale. Only model handy. lol
The stands are 2.5 inches. 65mm.
They are about the size of Termagants. So, 6 points a stand?
18 points total?

Ack! So when I entered this contest, I had a feeling I wouldn't be remembering to actively update my count as much as I should be. I apologize in advance for the photo dump. I have some other bits of the set up that still need finishing touches so will add those in the future.

My 2023 project is something I've always wanted but never had the space for: a semi-permanent display board inspired by some outrageously cool model train layouts I saw as a kid. This year is the first year I've had the space for a workshop (and hoping for a home move soon where I can truly make a dedicated space for it!). My display will hopefully have two opposing villages, with Dark Ages- and Tolkien-inspired aesthetic - below you will predominantly see parts that will be a wood-built port town, and a couple elements that will feature in a stone-built fortified township. I think long-term I'll probably get in the habit of mixing up my own washes due to the sheer surface area of this project, but I'll take a moment to plug Green Stuff World dipping inks for those of you as lazy as I am - unsure if its the formula, the precise colors, or the fact that they come in cheap, large bottles, but their Elfwood and Skeleton brown inks have been a godsend for this project.

Very open to feedback regarding point counts on the terrain, please let me know if I'm on target or off-base with my estimates.

Terrain from my village:
Houses x 5: https://imgur.io/a/Ue4dZu5
I'm thinking small terrain for 25 points total?
Huts x 4: https://imgur.io/a/aT8PFLy
Also thinking small terrain for 20 points total?
Longhouse: https://imgur.io/a/GbTybr0
Large for 25?
Stave Church: https://imgur.io/a/GbTybr0
Medium for 15?
Boats: https://imgur.io/a/LW3zA8L
I think may technically measure for large, but feels medium for 45 points? Plus two for the scatter, 47?
Watch Tower: https://imgur.io/a/MutlDhE
Medium for 15?
Mine/well: https://imgur.io/a/MutlDhE
Small for 10?
Stone Fort: https://imgur.io/a/Mt0eHL8
Large for 25?
Wizard Tower: https://imgur.io/a/Mt0eHL8
Large for 25?
Palisade: https://imgur.com/a/I0tGSlq
Really unsure how to divide this up, it's 10 pieces total of small terrain, but I'm not sure to me feel like 50 points of terrain?
Wattle Fencing: https://imgur.com/a/I0tGSlq
Big by size, but basically 7 pieces of scatter, so suggest 7 points?

Next up is figures! Started off with various squads to attack the cities - I think the villages themselves will eventually be populated with Oathmark Humans and Fireforge Northmen:
30x Oathmark Goblins
30x Oathmark Skeletons
30x Oathmark Revenants
20x Barbarians/Hounds
Archon Studios Troll and Construct
https://imgur.com/a/uvzRi3M

I believe the infantry classify as 2 point models for a total of 220 points. I think the two larger fellas both may by the strictest definition be small monsters, but the construct is small and was easy to point so maybe 15 points for the two?

And finally, just for fun - https://imgur.com/a/MxOFojc
The town walls are yet unpainted because 1) it will be a tedious job and 2) I haven't found a matte brown spray primer I like quite yet and 3) ideally I'd love to flock and static grass the mound portions, but that's far too messy for the space I have presently, but that's the mock-up of what I've got so far! Eventually I want to expand the square footage enough to place the stave church entirely within the palisade, as well as accommodate around 10 or so houses (up from the 5 I've currently got done). Working on a stable now too, and then some day plank road, then docks for the boats, then this, then that, then more until I guess it's finished? lol

EDIT:
As above, open to feedback on all scores (and please double-check my math) but that's putting this around 499 total.

And coming in at a whopping 499 points, KipCujo! You've been busy, but everything looks great! Must feel nice having everything painted and terrain to match.

20mm Square to 40mm Round Bases: 1 [At least 2-3 colours or techniques must be used. Example: Static grass, rocks, mud effects, etc]
Question about points. Is this in addition to the models points?

Yes. We added that specifically because the base itself can be its own thing really. Just like terrain.

I just assumed everyone added that in, but if not, please note the additions!

ok, so how many points per base?
The raptors I submitted above gave flock, tufts, green stuff and paint.

EDIT
OK I see the points.
So a 60mm round on a 65mm square is worth 2 points each. 6 more points
