Question on where to post a unique item for sale

Soooo Magic or Linrandir or whoever is now an admin in the world of BarterTown! (sorry it's been a long time so I'm not sure who's alive anymore 
)
I was at one point thinking of getting into 3D printing as a side hustle and try and mass produce custom bases based on 3D pictures that I created in the real world.
But sadly or not sadly life has me pretty bogged down in I.T. security work and with retirement coming up I have other things I'm focusing on... like a boat.
So long story not so short, Where on the Town would I post a Brand new in Box double nozzle CREALITY 3D printer with assembly line tray along with a CREALITY 3D-Scan Camera set that comes with a mini-tripod and a rotating scan base to ease the creating of images based on the object on the base.
I thought about in the 3D Print forums but wanted to check here first before I through it up there.
