Toys R Us had employees? I only remember robotic entities that would follow you around as if you were going to steal something. Like come on, I'm almost 30!

I was an employee, more than 30 years ago. I worked there for 3 years. And yeah, I caught 30 year olds stealing; as well as 10 year olds.

I was in 5 locations not counting remodels for 20+ years. Im far from robotic. Well if you looked like this:
