will there be a swap thread for 1/2 boxes of the new 40k set coming out ?

Search function keeps timing out when trying to search anything for me

Bartertown rules prohibit trading anything not in your possession/available to you immediately (this allows you to offer trades for something a friend is trying to get rid of, for example, but not on something you've pre-ordered, since you can't be certain it will arrive hen promised). So, nobody should be offering swaps on this boxed set for a couple weeks or so.
OBVIOUSLY, the exception for this is our retailers, who are allowed to offer pre-orders.

That said... you're partially right. The Prospero Thread won't turn into a Dark Imperium thread, but will be unstickied and allowed to age off of the system. A new thread for DI will replace it.

Typically, we only keep a specific trade thread for the newest boxed set. We create these threads so that the boards don't get clogged with all the people looking to split boxes. By the time a new boxed set rolls out, trading has leveled off substantially for the previous one, negating any further need for the previous thread.

has anyone heard if the Marines are mono pose or multi pose??

There have been some sprue shots-- it looked like they'd be similar to deathwatch overkill, i.e. monopose, but often easy to cut with just a little work since they were around joints.

I saw somewhere, spikey bits or BoLS, that the box set minis will be different poses, but teh actual models will be monopose.

I saw this thread. I have a question. Do we use that thread for trading any parts of DI for other DI items or for any trading involving any part of DI for anything else? Say if I wanted cash/other minis from GW for DI part X or DI part X for DI part Y.
