Can anyone ID this?

Cleaning out some stuff, and I found this. It's an extruded foam or very lightweight resin river and bridge, but I do not know the manufacturer. I think I have had it for almost 20 years, and haven't had any luck finding out who made it.
ETA - no figs for scale, but the bridge is about 10" long. Might be 12" - it's scaled for 28mm models.
