2016 and a New Challange

2015 is deader than squats in 2 weeks as I type this. Id like to add a new Bartertown Challange to the one already in place. Something of a builders challange. The models in the Paint Challange do not come assembled. Why not do a builders challange? Use the same points format as the paint challange.
Thoughts??

I build a lot more models than I paint.

Idealy, this challange would be a mirror to the Paint challange using the same scoreing systems and allowed items. However, since terrain isn;t allowed in Paint, it could be allowed here.

So this challenge could be a preliminary contest before the painting contest.
Build, then paint.

sounds good, I'll hold up assembling stuff I know I won't paint this year then
