Mini Cases that work

So, a few weeks ago I was involved in a pretty gnarly car accident. We were bounced of the road and the care rolled several times.
We were on our way back from a gaming event and had our minis in the back of the vehicle (Suzuki Grand Vitara). Here is how the cases/figs held up.
Portable Warfare/Blu Foam: Filled with mercs, no damage what so ever.
Portable Warfare/Battlefoam: Filled with trolls, parts came off of some of the heavier models, but models in great shape considering the accident.
Pistol Case/Egg crate foam: Filled with circle. Models mangled to hell. Best descriptor would be
Battlefoam Warmachine Bag/Battlefoam: Filled with mercs. Some damage to the Steelheads and Nyss. Everything else looked good.
Cardboard Box/No foam: Filled with Cygnar. Everything tossed and destroyed except for a lone long gunner and a ATGM UA.
It looks like the items that broke in the battlefoam were only those irregularly shaped models that have some play in their cut outs. Pistol Cases aren't great and cardboard boxes are a waste of time.
