I know there are... I have traded with them before and recognized them. Perhaps they don't want to give away what they're going to squish us with!

Funny, I brought my Lizzies in the fall, and it was against Chaos Dwarves that I had my ONLY win
He didn't like my massed posion very much!

I will be there with my Vc (90%chance) or TK (10% chance) depending how much painting time I get between now and then!

I was 3-2 with my lizards after having quit when 8th came out and only getting back into it about 2 months before the last crossroads. Both my losses were to fricken Chaos Dwarves. People complain about warriors... Please... They've got nothing on Chaos Dwarves (except wizards with 1+/3+ dumbness). Apparently you took all the poison from Lustria because I had none of it the entire tournament. What's a 6 on shooting? My skinks/chameleons aren't familiar with the concept.

You eat at the Mexican place right up the highway? Corey suggested it to us... Margaritas are seriously bigger than your head and their burritos are so stuffed it looks like a dead guinea pig inside. Great food/great drinks, I suggest it.

We ate at the Mex place a few times- really great! Yea, that burrito thing is HUGE! Buffalo wings last time and had some of those Blazing wings. There's 4-5 of us coming down from Maine this time.
Bringing your Lizzies again?

Debating.

I'm "almost" done - Like 6 juggies out - from having a full Khorne Warriors army that is doing MUCH better in play than I anticipated in theory. Did it for the fun as we have a summer model exchange get together in Cleveland each year that I've painted Khorne figures for every year but one (did a chess set of skull pass, came out pretty nice) and decided a Khorne army would be fun to paint, if not competitive. I've so far toasted two of the more competitive players in the area (both going to US masters next month) with it as the aggression is just brutal.

For the lizards I need to change out my useless terradons and skink priest for a trog. If I get the urge/OK from the powers at be (the wife!) I'll snatch up that model and probably bring the lizards. I anchored our State v States regional with the list I brought to cross roads last year and we won the tournament? Get together? Not sure what to call it? and it beat 2 other people that the midwest is sending to the US masters. So my list has done fairly well but I think with that changing out of my priest/terradons I can do better... I swear, that priest dies in 90% of my games easily. And I'm the one that blows his ass up. Will be more difficult to blow up the Trog plus the Trog can take a flank/be more useful than the free 105 terradons. Its a straight swap of 200 points so I think it's well worth it.

Tough to choose so it'll probably just come down to whichever I finish painting/getting first.
Either way - Blood for the Blood God at the tournament I'm sure!

edit: Screw Chaos Dwarves

I have a buddy who had Daemons and loves them. He's a great player, but his lists usually get trashed.
I'd love to see what your Khorne army is and hear about its' play style. He likes Khorne, so it would be nice to present him with a "try this list" army.

I'll get it to you later tonight when I get home, I suck at typing on the phone. Just left the house for game night and now sitting letting the lovely gasoline fill the car so I can actually get there!

SO you brought Lizzies in the fall? I think we all were in the bottom 25%.... What did your lizzies look like?
I played one if not 2 lizzies the last GT. I loved the orange-ish lizzies that won the best painted. If I were to paint more lizards they would be like that.

Blue... :)
Sandy esque bases. Saurus heavy with chams and skinks on the flanks with a free 105 points worth of terradons for whoever wanted them.
I think I was the only Lizard player WITHOUT Tetto-eko and temple guard I believe.

Norton placed high and I was upper 50%. I think Norton and I were the only lizards in the top 50% though - was a sad weekend for us overall.

(I'll hit you up with the list tomorrow Eric, I just got home)

Hey guys,

I went to crossroads in the fall. I brought High Elves (was the only list with a Flamespyre Phoenix). I had a blast, they run a good event. I'll more than likely be at the spring crossroads as well.

Anyone playing at templecon, the unplugged gt, or bragging rights?

I don't know if I will make it to any of those other ones. IF they are during the winter perhaps! Unplugged is when my busy season starts up again.
