Printing First Class Postage (with Paypal)

Post by pretre »

So I have always relied heavily on Priority and Priority Flat Rate since I am too lazy to want to leave my house and go to the post office. This is, of course, because you can just print postage off the usps.com website for Priority and then leave it for the mailman.

Enter today's revelation. Apparently, if you have a Paypal account, you can print First Class (and Priority) postage for just the cost of the postage through their site. It is an unadvertised option and I can't find the actual link to do it on their site (except for when someone has the 'print shipping label' option on their payment) but it works fine (just shipped to Porkuslime with it).

No special labels or anything like that. Just a paypal account. It also puts a link to track the package in your Paypal transaction list as well, which is pretty neat.

Enjoy!

Lower rating? You ship first.

Give me a sense of humor Lord. Give me the grace to see a joke.

I think what this situation needs is some imagination.
