Apparently Romeo wants to emulate GW's retail policies. Normally I don't care much about this sort of stuff, but why does he first say Miniature Market requested to cut ties and then go on to later say B.Foam forcefully severed ties with M.Market? I'm in the market for a new case and while I was considering Battlefoam I think I'm leaning more towards KR Multicase.

They violated a sales contract. They could've been sued and lost the contract. They just lost the contract.
The contract stated how much they could discount the product and no ebay sales. They did both.

Pretty simple. Alot of companies have restrictions in sales contracts. You see it all the time in restaurants; only coke or pepsi.
You bring in the competitor and you lose the contract.

Simple.

If a hard case might suit look at Chinese knock-offs of (US) 'Pelican' cases; the real ones come with cube foam as standard.
