Batch should have been put in long before that. Leftwich had been hurting since early in the 1st. I feel that regardless of what Byron said that Coach Tomlin should have thought more to the health of his players and pulled the injured QB a lot sooner. Tomlin has a history of keeping his players health in mind, not allowing the one guy with sickle cell anemia not to play in Denver. That last hit on Leftwich by Ihedigbo was at the same time both awesome and painful to watch... Chargers next then Steelers again, but at home. Yeah Clark cant play in Denver, but when you are seeing your QB bend over in pain after every play regardless of getting hit or not its time to think to the long time and not the short term of that single game.
