No.. there are 2 white dice (Artillery dice from WHFB, and Scatter dice from both WHFB and 40k (the one with the crosshairs)), and a red Sustained Fire die from 2nd and 3rd ed 40k, or Advance Space Crusade. (lightning bolt was a Jam)

I believe those are the dice in pic '14a', pic 14 is definitely from heroquest.

pic 14 is indeed a Heroquest Die. These will always be made of wood and are commonly found in worn condition. There is a similar red die/dice out there with marking like the heroquest dice that are from a sister game called Battle Masters
