Really like that super sized suit. Tau may even not be terrible in this edition of 40k!

That riptide better be Amazing for 85 bucks. Anyone know how big it is? I know it's pretty tall, but is it taller than a dreadknight?

Apparently it is bigger than a dread knight. At least it doesn't like mommy carrying her baby GK....

At least the dreadknight is easier on the wallet though haha. The tau flyers kinda look like coat hangers so I guess every army gets their stupid model. Although I kinda like the dreadknight.

Wow that flyer is awful looking! It should have been more the shape of a manta ray with triangular wings rounded off.

tau to me have always been anime in 40k. autobot/transformers were some of the 1st anime brought to the mass market in the US. and GW has always styled their models off other popular fiction/models.

Looks like 30 March WD release and pre-order, with an official release on 06 April. Can't wait.

Well, my fleeting hopes were crushed today when I read through the new codex to see that Kroot are still nerfed. I liked the original Codex army list MUCH better where each Kroot unit was stand alone, allowing for a fully Kroot army. Little things like this go a long way to keeping the game fresh for players like me but GW seems to love to homogenize army lists as much as possible these days. "The simpler, the better" seems to be the prevailing mantra in games development now. Oh well, there might be some good stuff in there but for now I'm deflated enough to keep building Orks.

When I said GW was homogenizing armies 1-2 editions ago, I got flamed. Yes here on btown.

So, get out you flame-<not smart> undies. ;-)
