Yep, they replaced everything except Sisters, Tau and BT.

cause GW is going to release a real sisters codex,,,,santa and the easter bunny told me so

Nahhhh, it's just so perfectly written and balanced that they couldn't find any more questions to answer beyond the TWO FAQs in the current document.
Hehehee, guess what I'm actually playing these days. That's right, me and my Sisters!!
