At what point do you consider you have a BTR?

Back on 2 DEC I initiated a trade for some DE I have for some Chaos. Came to about $130ish RTV for each side. The other user has 122 feedback (all positive) to my 34ish so I didn't even question it and told him I'd send once we agreed on a deal and he could send on reciept. The models arrived on his doorstep the 13th and he acknowledged reciept. On the 18th I asked the status of my package and was told
Hey sorry man, haven't gotten to it, been busy because of the holidays. I'll really push to get them in the mail tomorrow at the latest- really sorry about the delay.
This is the last I've heard from him and he hasn't logged in since 22 DEC. Granted we just had a major holiday and he could have left town, but I would at least think if I owe someone a trade I'd at least have the common decency to send him a message of the status. Or am I over reacting?

I'd send him 1 more pm today, with deadline of the end of the week. If you don't receive a d/c by then, file a BTR.

I agree with kturock. Give him a warning.
Really, though... I'd say you're probably justified, already.

I agree with the above but I will add that you're right to consider the holiday in the equation, especially if he hasn't even logged on in a week. With such good feedback this is obviously an anomoly, not that it forgives it but it cetainly gives you hope of resolving it to your satisfaction. Good luck, Jay
