Battlemaster Games Bad Business Practices

Hi, I know this doesn't pertain to Bartertown Trading but I thought I would put up a warning to those of you who buy items on ebay.

6 Weeks ago I paid for items online from an ebay store called Battle Master Games located in England. The reason I bought in England is because here in Canada the mark up is obscene. Making buying in England, paying for shipping and duties still cheaper. I purchased 6 Devilfish and 4 Crisis Suits between their 2 online stores. (yes they have 2)

2 weeks later I received 2 Devilfish. I was surprised when I opened the box that there were no gun drones. A Devilfish without gun drones is unfieldable. The picture showed a Devilfish with gun drones, the description did not mention it did not come with gun drones yet there were non to be found. I asked Bryan Woolmer the proprietor of BMG and he said...

"hi unfortunatly you did not purchase gun drones just the devil fish"

This was the least of my problems as it took a month from payment for a second pair of Devilfish to be mailed. By the fifth week I was angry, as I had 1 more week before I move to another province and I gave myself a 6 week window for mail. Trying to get a refund was a hastle, this took over a week and John Palmer the other partner of BMG was less than accomodating. All in all this was a terrible experience. I received my refund this morning but not in its entirety, they decided to keep some of the money I paid for shipping. I lost my patience and I ran out of time so I accepted the refund. What I will be doing is going on every Forum I can and warn people about Battle Master Games. I wish I could go into greater detail the BS they put me through but this post is long enough. You all get the jist, next time I will buy from Maelstrom Games.

While this is very unfortunate you clearly haven't read - or have chosen to ignore - Bartertown policy on this sort of thing.

You have until 2100 EDT tonight to conclude your Bartertown business before I enact a two week suspension.
