Works for me. It's a gorgeous (in a Chaos-y way) model, with a lot of extra work.

And so it is. That's what I was thinking also, but didn't want to influence the vote. [like anyone listens to me anyway]

You guys are kind. Thank you.
Eventually, I intend to do 4 Knights.
I got a hold of some SoB Exorcist bits. I'll be creating a Sisters Knight.
I'll also be doing one for each of the other Chaos gods.

I have about 3 spare hours a week now, though. LOL So, those will be a while!

Finally getting on the board. I've been doing a lot of hobby stuff lately (after a long hiatus - long story), so expect to see a lot of these in the next week or so. First up, my Frostgrave models. 24 guys at 4 points each (head, 2 arms, body) = 96 points. 5 guys at 3 points each (head, body, both arms & weapon were one piece) = 15 points. 1 guy at 5 points (head, weapon arm, shield arm, shield, body). So, 96 + 15 + 5 = 116 points

I don't recall if gluing the legs to the bases count or not - if so, that's another 30 points. If not, no big deal; I'm just happy to get stuff moving through the painting queue again.

116 points added.
From the pictures, it looks like the oval base is glued to a round base.
The round base won't count. [see my example in the first post]

Now, if the legs have to be glued to the oval base, that oval base counts. [the model can't stand without it.]

No, they are on ovals. (I might have been thinking of some ACW models that I have also been doing - those are a glue legs onto base affair, since they won't stand otherwise, but I can't claim the bases in their case because the models are only temporarily affixed so that I can play while I paint them.)

I broke down and bought the Soul Wars box.
Now, that means I' either have or had every fantasy army except for Brettonions and Chaos Dwarves.

The only army I never had an interest in was death.
Now, I've succumbed to it.
I''m playing the AoS CCG and am doing well with the death faction.

90 points from the Death side of the box.
2 stray Kill Team D.Eldar, 16 points.

106 total points.

More stuff. Trying to get a lot assembled and primed before the weather turns and I can't prime outside anymore.

2 warglaives. I counted 55 parts for each, without the base. So, 110 points
IMG_9273.JPG
65 models for CAV. 260 points for this batch.
IMG_9277.JPG
That's another 370. More in a couple of days.

Those models need the bases. They came with them, correct?
So the 2 bases get points.

So 372 added.

It seems that the my description of bases getting points is still confusing.

If the model came with the base and the base is needed to keep the model upright
Or the base is part of the model [has feet or hooves sculpted on it];

it gets points.

The hounds from the Shadows of Brimstone game had a base. I attached it to another base. It got no points.

My Tomb Banshee model came with a square base. It got points for that.
I mounted that base on a round base and then a metal washer. It didn't get points for either.

I hope this clears it up.

The Stormcast models from Soul Wars. 124 points.
These are some of the worst models I've made in a long time. Pieces and gaps just not lining up. I had to take some apart and cut down the pegs and put them back together.
