He'd LIE. Just like he's been doing all along. My Aunt Betty died....my dog ate your order.... its in the mail...... blah...blah...blah. Its worked so far.

If you've got an invoice, and he can't prove he actually shipped stuff to you, I don't think he'd have much of a case, police or no.

But as it has previously been pointed out, badmouthing TDZ is not what this thread is for - it would best be left to another thread, so that this may stay unlocked for people to add pertinent information.

What was the ultimate resolution of these complaints? Did everyone get their stuff, or refunds?

He got away with it. Its the cold,hard truth. The PD or other authorities have bigger fish to fry then people stealing toy soldiers through the mail. Sad but true. All the reports, all the complaints.....absolutely nothing. Someone PLEASE prove me wrong. Show me this guy was taken to court, paid a fine, was charged with a crime, ANYTHING.
Thats why you must be very careful on who you deal with.

Honestly, I think only the ones who deogged him even AFTER filing all their complaints are the ones who saw resolutions...again... I *THINK*...

I know that I got my issue resolved after going to the police, FBI AND Postal Service. He never had to be contacted by any of them. Once I showed him that *I* had contacted them, he miraculously and coincidentally returned from a FIFTEEN(!!!) day vacation, "found" my misplaced package in "the mall's mail room" and got it sent out to me.

Never again. From now on, my business goes to ORCLORD, CHAOS ORC or The Warstore (with the 1st two being my top 2 choices in no particular order).

Think about it. He got away with it. He paid no penalties and was only out of (some) of the orders he was already paid for. He even opened a new store. Where is justice?

It's really too bad, and I don't think the guy who won the Dark Angels box has ever posted here again...leading me to believe it was a false post all along.

He dragged by own name through the mud in more ways than one before giving me a refund, but never followed through on sending me the minis i'd ordered regardless to 'make good'...but thats an issue i've already beat to death, buried, and laid flowers on its grave.

Justice apparently doesn't live wherever he does, or it would've caught up with him a long time ago.
