This guy gave me a headache. I told him I needed to stuff out before Tuesday. Kept reading my PMs and not answering which drives me nuts, I don't usually post these things, but having him lead me along almost compromised and did compromise other deals I could have done with my lot. Anyway here it is From latest message to most recent. I said I'd give him 24 hours but he read the PM almost immediately and did not answer and it's been about 10 hours now.

Agrees to the deal with this statement

Yep. I didn't paint it, but it looks sealed to me. It's metal so glue should not ruin it.
