Hoplite wrote:That is what I said in the beginning - void the whole deal and then he says he wants the figs. THEN he posts all this when I think things were resolved but he did not get his way he wants these SHQ figs ok its best for him to just get them.
This is factually incorrect. Predhead began this thread BEFORE he had received his part. When he received the box, the problem morphed from a "Did not Receive" to "Significantly Not As Described". He was completely within his rights to continue posting in this thread as the problematic trade was unresolved.

Predhead offered two potential solutions:

1. Refund $60 and he will return all figs.
2. Refund $45 and he will return the non-SHQ.

Hoplite, you do have a good record, but on this trade you first sent very late and then you did not send what you told the buyer he was getting. Now you seem to have added threatening behaviour and a mildly bad attitude into the mix.

You should choose one of the two options that Predhead has provided and settle this affair like a gentleman; you made a mistake and a "reset" to where things were before seems pretty fair, no?

Thanks, Sorrow. Either solution is fine with me.

To Hoplite's credit, he stated he would send me a PayPal refund tomorrow.

Once you receive your refund (whether it's partial or full), send whatever items you need to return to him.
Make certain you use some sort of tracking.
--Watch your tracking #--

When the tracking # shows that they've arrived, post it in here & we'll close the thread as resolved.

Eric

P.S. Keep in mind that you're responsible for getting the items back to him in good shape. So, pack well.

Any time there is contention, photos of how you pack everything up are good, too.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

Have you read the site rules? viewtopic.php?f=44&t=45470 If not do so.
