Re: Painting Contest with a Prize 4!
that is good to know nice packing eh?
When dealing with me the following applies:
NIB = new in sealed blister
mint = new never stripped may or may not be in blister
assembled = mint assembled miniature
stripped = previously painted, may have minor paint residues
primed = single layer of primer, no obscurement of details
painted = may have one or multiple layers of paint, may be badly stripped with paint residues, pictures are best here
primed and painted minis are assumed to be assembled

Re: Painting Contest with a Prize 4!
Yeah. Well I got the first entry in today and it looks great. Can't wait to see the rest.
LOOK OUT FOR THAT HAMMER!!!!!!
1. Less refs you'll probably have to ship first,
2. Please pm me even if a simple no. I will always try to do the same for you
3. PLEASE tell me what edition your warhammer stuff is! If you say you have a model and don't specify people assume you mean a seven edition. Not a worthless fourth edition.
BAD traders: Haven't found any yet
Amazing traders: Grimdisco
Awaiting refs from: hooksy67

Re: Painting Contest with a Prize 4!
Okay just a check up if all the painters could please pm me by Sunday with just a line or two saying where they stand as far as painting.
The deadline is the 26th unless it looks like most the painters may need more time. Remember you can send me the pics as soon as you get the models done.
Thank you.

Re: Painting Contest with a Prize 4!
no offense to our Ausies (or other overseas countries) friends but for a 2 week painting contest we should probably restrict this to the US/Canada TBH.
Even if it didn't get lost you talking at least 1 to 1.5 weeks to get the mini., and if your like me and working full time then you probably need a full week or 2 to paint.

Re: Painting Contest with a Prize 4!
I will straight come out and say I painted the something and something else. The pictures suck because my good camera that I use for picture taken broke. For the past few weeks have been trying friends who I knew played miniature games but none of them had cameras(other then cell phones) Luckily I just moved into a new place this last Saturday and one of my new room mates had a web cam that took a decent picture... some what

no offense taken, but if one just posted the overseas stuf a few days earlier, then there wouldn't have been any issue

Alright I'm going to give a week extension so everyone can have some more time. If every one can please send me the pics in as soon as they get them though so their not rushed on Friday. And for those who have taken pics if you get better pics or something then please feel free to send them to me.

Re: Painting Contest with a Prize 4!
I thought part of the idea was that who painted what models was supposed to be secret? That way when the photos go up there is no favoritism. Totally blind judging. That was how the last few were, yeah?
