BTR DALOONIESHAMAN - Resolved Unamicably

DALOONIESHAMAN is a horrible trader. Very flippant & cocky in his replies. I gave him several chances & ample time to do the right thing- instead he gave me retaliatory feedback. He received my items in good time/condition, excatly what was agreed on.HIs communication was poor. He simply gave me a negative reference for wanting what was agreed on. Or my items & shipping costs reimbursed.

I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH HIM AGAIN & WARN OTHERS TO AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS!

We entered ino a deal aprox Feb 20th, and agreed to DC # tracking.

When it was March 21st and I still havent received anything, i became concerned.

I never received a DC# even though I asked several times.

We exchanged messages around March 25th. I either wanted an original DC# so i knew something shipped, or my items returned with postage costs or for him to pay for the items outright. He read my messages (they moved from Outbox to Sent) but did not reply for 6 days, UNTIL I sent him a message giving him 7 days to come up with the items or cash.

You can see at that time he became very flippant & cocky. If he had showed concern at all I would have been very patient- but Im not doing so for someone who talks to me & treats me like that.

I also ask the Admin/Mods to remove the negative feedback he gave me, as it is clearly a retaliatory move.

Its funny you couldnt ship my items back, paypal the money Im out, or simply return my message. But you had time to give me RETALIATORY FEEDBACK. You gave me bad reference for what exactly? YES it is all my fault cause I can't fine the green slip and the PO misplaced the package

I am interested in dealing. I have a crapload of BFSP. (most of it left overs but some good stuff.)

I do not want to search all over hell and damnnation to find a force. You only have 2 buildings I need about 12. Your forces are limited. Nothing against you but I would rather get a force in one fell swoop.

Im looking at two other similar Warmaster Dwarf armies besides yours, so I have to think about it. Im looking over each one, because they all have about the same number of units. But they have different types. Some have more Warriors, but less Thunderers, others have more artillery, but less troops,one includes the Warmaster book, etc.

Its funny you couldnt ship my items back, paypal the money Im out, or simply return my message. But you had time to give me RETALIATORY FEEDBACK. You gave me bad reference for what exactly? His Negative reference for me is alot calmer & not cocky/flippant like his PM's were. But he knew the public would see it. He should follow his own advice. Its sad a trader with his references has acted like this.

He was being a Smart #$$ - look at the other messages- he sent several one right after the other. "answrr me I dont have all yaer- i work 15 hours a day", "did you get you package yet" "Get your box returned yet?"etc,etc.
He saw I was "online" at Bartertown- but I didnt reply fast enough for him.

I have one thing to add; if I was so rude before the trade- then why deal with me?? But once a deal is made, your word is your bond here- stick to it. If i was rude afterwards, its because of his lack of communication, flippant replies & Im out items & shipping.

Good editing Dakkar! Can actually read this now.

From what I see he a) never gave you DC#s for any of the items shipped and it was agreed upon, and b) was condescending and rude when the deal went south. IMO, and experience, an experienced trader would never misplace a receipt or DC#. Of course, he could have been in a hurry, or just gotten lax in his mailing practices. Still no excuse.

However, regardless of how flippant or condescending a trader gets, you should always remain above reproach in your dealings. Never write a response when you are mad, because then you will come off as being rude, flippant, and condescending. All that does is just exacerbates the situation, and causes more turmoil.

Please update if you get the items you sent to him, back.

If you want to leave him a negative ref, then you can do so. You don't need the staff's permission to do so. It is obvious that you had a bad experience with the guy, and you wouldn't trade with him again. So it is your call.

I'm sure one of the admins will get back with you about the neg ref left on you. That is totally within their purview.
