DE War Machine Rules Question

When AOS moved to 2.0 I noticed a few models completely disappear in Azyr... I opened tickets on Azyr and most reappeared except one (at least last time I looked) the Dark Elf Bolt Thrower (which was a bit OP for its price)... Did GW just remove it rather than reprice it or nerf it? Does anybody know an official answer???
The old-world DE list does include it; however, that isn't super relevant (to me) as it doesn't establish point values for matched play. No offense meant to the non-match players (no points can be awesome).
I apologize in advance if I somehow missed it in Azyr or it was added since last time I look... but the question has really puzzled me.
