Recommendations for plastic bases

Post by s_o_r_r_o_w »

Hi all,

I need plastic bases, and there are a number of inexpensive third-party suppliers.

Does anyone have one they can recommend? I want cheap and easy, but not flimsy crap, either.
I am always in the market for weird and wonderful GW oddbitz and ephemera. PM me if you have something old/weird/rare.

I like Proxie Models, but their bases aren't for everyone. They're a little thinner than a standard slottabase and they're solid plastic. Made in the USA by a one-man operation at least.

Great, thanks for the tip!

I am mostly looking for 1 to 1 GW replacements.

You didn't mention what size you were looking for. I purchased 32mm bases from this seller on ebay and have been very happy with them. They do ship from China so probably not for you if you're in a big hurry. Otherwise, the value is hard to beat.

32mm, 25x75mm (bike), 60mm, and maybe some 40mm.

China is just fine. Thanks!
