Well, 15's are roughly half a space marine so I'll go 1/2 a point each for the infantry with a point each for the ogres and the cavalry.
So 54 infantry is 27 points, 9 points for the cav, and 4 points for the ogres. Total of 40 points.

Yeah I have plenty of FoW sitting on the shelf unpainted.
The infantry takes so dang long to paint and base so it looks good. I didn't feel it was worth the time for the points. So it was ignored last year. I haven't been playing much either.
Russians have a LOT of infantry bases.
Are we editing the points for all 15mm infantry to 1/2 point per infantry model?

If it's actually 15mm like imp's stuff where it's three models to a base, yes. If it's the smaller scale stuff that's 5 to a stand then, no, that will remain 1 point a stand.
