Horus Rising (Masterclass edition)

Ok so I have been looking around to pick up the Horus Heresy Series finally in Hard Cover (read most of them in Paperback already at a friends house) and I originally missed out on all of the GW Print on Demand series that they started sometime a year or two ago.... Pretty much the first 20 books.
While searching for some Hard Cover copies online hoping not to be fleeced for 200 dollars I ran across multiple "place holder" links for Horus Rising (Master Class Edition) for 19 dollars.
I can find no information on this, what it looks like, if it is really a nice reprint of the first book....Are they doing more from the series. NOTHING.
I found one blurb from a guy on BoLS asking the same thing.
Anybody on here heard anything about this "Master Class" series of books and the quality of them? 19 dollars by GW standards makes me take pause.
