Where to get Mordheim rule book

Post by CMSheats »

Hey guys, I am wondering if any one has or knows where to get the Mordheim rule book. I now I can download it on GW's site, and I tried that. Looks like there are sections missing out of it though. So, if anyone knows were I could still find a copy of this I would greatly appreciate it! And I think I am posting this in the right place...? Thanks!

The whole thing is available there, you just have to download it in sections.

Main page:

Parts 1, 2 & 3 should combine to make a complete book, just disregard the page numbers.

What do you think is missing?

Well, I printed it all out and stuff, but it seems to be missing the sections on buying equipment, finding items for your warband, and stuff like that. But maybe my printer just messed up or something when trying to print it out.......

@tordeck
LOL, ya go ahead man!

Thanks!

Buying items during warband creation is on page 3 or part 2.
Specifics for each warband are located with each warband (there's an item list, etc).

Buying items between skirmishes is located in Part 3 on page 1 and goes into detail.
Later on in Part 3, it gets into the specifics of rolling to see if you found anything, etc.
1 Injuries. Determine the extent of injuries for
each warrior who is out of action at the end of
the game. See the Serious Injuries, on page 118.
2 Allocate experience. Heroes and Henchmen
groups gain experience for surviving battles. See
the Experience and Scenarios sections for details.
3 Roll on the Exploration chart. See the Income
section for details.
4 Sell Wyrdstone. This can only be done once per
post battle sequence.
5 Check available veterans. Roll to see how much
Experience worth of veterans is available for hire.
You don’t have to commit to hiring any at this
point.
6 Make rarity rolls and buy rare items. Make
rolls for any rare items you intend to buy and pay
for them. These items go into the warband’s
stash.

7 Look for Dramatis Personae. If you want to hire
any.
8 Hire new recruits & buy common items. New
recruits come equipped with their free dagger
and may be bought common items. This is done
in any order and may be done several times. Note
that newly hired recruits cannot buy rare items.
They can, however, be equipped with rare items
if there are any in the warband’s stash in stage 9.
9 Reallocate equipment. Swap equipment
between models as desired (provided they are
eligible to use it).

10 Update your warband rating. You are now
ready to fight again.
(Bold Emphasis mine)

I hope this helps.

Thanks for posting that MM. I am just going to be buying a copy of the book instead of having to print it all out again. Thanks for all your help!

That's cool.
I hope you get a good deal. I never found anyone wanting less than $40 or $50 for one, and that was too pricey for what I was looking for.
