I'm speaking out as I had a deal started with him, and it went south three times. I gave him every bit of the doubt, maybe to my detriment, but as I am relatively new here, I wanted to give and make best faith efforts. This has been the worst, and only, bad experience here at Bartertown.

This is the complete history of my communication with Gabe; I have given up on filing with PayPal for the remaining $100 he owes. He did make one payment of $40 to me, and I am thankful for that. However, he never contacted me for any follow up or more excuses.

I did check with another member here earlier this year, to see if he was having success with Gabe or not. I'm glad he's had resolution from PayPal.

Again, I've written off the money; I am speaking up only to protect the community and the integrity of Bartertown.

So, I have to report UrgokBeardBurner with a bad trade reference.

Has this issue been resolved yet? I have not seen any funds going into my PayPal account.

At this point I am forced to assume you are ignoring me, unable to comply with my requests, or just disinterested. If I cannot get any information from you in the next 24 hours, I have no choice but to turn this over to the mods here and let them deal with it. I will also pursue any options available to me through PayPal at that time. Sorry we are unable to have a good transaction.

So were you able to locate the shipping receipt? Or has there been any notification from the postal service of the status of the miniatures? I'm going to have to ask for either some sort of assurance that the miniatures were shipped, or I need a full and complete refund. I feel that 6 weeks is plenty of time for the false starts and retries to have either been successful or failed.

So please let me know the information you have, or I will expect that you refund me the $140.

Itgot shipped back with a Free Shipping ticket again, saying ur adress is not valid.

I can't find the tracking number since i'm in alot of stuff right now.. But if you don't get the package in 4-5 days I will fully refund... Just don't feel like refunding and then you get the package.

Ok - I'm starting to become concerned about this deal. It's been 10 days since I paid, and I have not received the tracking number or the minis. I need a tracking number for the shipped miniatures or a full refund of my money, please. I'd prefer the minis, but if I cannot get the tracking information by noon EDT 3/21/12, then I want a full refund. I will ask that you send the money as personal and as a payment owed.

Tell you what - so far we are even on the money refund - If you can find out why that did not ship, and want to try again, I'll pay another $35 to get the minis - it is a good deal, and another $35 is worth it. If you are interested in pursuing this, then let me know. If you would rather just call it good and over, i am satisfied. I'd like the minis, but if it becomes an issue with the post office - then that's life.

Just let me know either way.

Yup everything is still there and packaged, I also include more horses. a chariot, 1 sknorne champion on foot, 1champion with grand banner, 1champion on horse on tons of bits for +15$

total = 100$ including shippinh
