Well since it seems I'm not the only one that has been ripped off by this guy recently. I have already sent him my end of the deal and confirmed delivery both with him and via UPS tracking, and he has completely disappeared. I suppose it's possible he's disappeared because he really does have a sick mother or something, but I doubt it.

i got the box last night when i got off work... now i just need to check it to make sure all is there.. thats the only part i dread when i saw how small how package n picked it up i heard all the lil bits bounce around... ugh..no worries its here though .. ill go thru it today.. n ship latest by sat

After a week with no communication, I sent a letter to the same address I had shipped to except with the name Amanda Pineda instead of E Pineda, since Amanda is the name that is in his (universally good) feedback history. I figured it was possible it was a case of someone in the same household hijacking a BTown account. Here is a copy of the letter that I sent. No response as of yet.

File charges on him. I don't know if the postal inspectors will help, since you used UPS, but it's still theft and file with his local police and you police. I don't know if the FBI would get involved for that dollar amount.
