What is best way to post pictures when the pictures are large size?

My preference is to post them on an image hosting site (I use dakkadakka) and then link to them in the listing. Here's an example:

I use photobucket, but of late, it's been very spammy.

Everything I've ever tried, quite frankly, has paled in comparison to Dakka Dakka.
